These Terms of Use apply to co-cama.org and the membership, event, and online services offered by Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Alliance, doing business as Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Association (“CAMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the website, applying for or renewing a membership, registering for an event, or making a payment to CAMA, you agree to these Terms of Use and CAMA’s Refund and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

Organizational Authority

CAMA memberships are available to companies and organizations. A person applying for a membership, registering employees, or making a payment represents that they are authorized to act on behalf of the identified company or organization.

Membership

CAMA may establish membership categories, eligibility requirements, dues, and benefits. CAMA may approve or decline an application and may suspend, terminate, or decline to renew a membership for nonpayment, misuse of CAMA services, misconduct, violation of these terms, or conduct that CAMA reasonably determines may harm CAMA or its members.

Memberships belong to the member company or organization. They may not be transferred to another company or organization, although the employees or representatives associated with the membership may be updated.

Membership dues are governed by CAMA’s Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Automatic Renewal

Members may voluntarily select annual automatic renewal. When selected, CAMA will charge the applicable annual dues using the payment method on file unless automatic renewal is turned off before the renewal date.

CAMA will provide advance notice before an automatic renewal charge. Members may turn off automatic renewal through their member portal dashboard. Cancellation of automatic renewal does not shorten or refund the current paid membership term.

Membership Benefits and Changes

Membership benefits, programs, partnerships, discounts, events, and services may depend on third-party participation, funding, availability, and other operational considerations.

CAMA may make reasonable changes to its benefits, programs, website, policies, and services. Membership rates and eligibility requirements may be changed for future membership terms. CAMA does not guarantee that every benefit or program will remain available in the same form throughout a membership term.

Events

Event registrations are subject to CAMA’s Refund and Cancellation Policy and any additional terms stated on the applicable event page.

CAMA may change an event’s schedule, speakers, agenda, venue, capacity, or format when reasonably necessary.

CAMA may photograph, film, or record its events and may use those materials for informational, educational, historical, or promotional purposes. An attendee who does not wish to be photographed or recorded should notify CAMA or event staff before or upon arrival. CAMA will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the website or CAMA information for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, database, or system;

• Introduce malicious software or interfere with website operations;

• Scrape, harvest, download, copy, sell, or compile member or attendee information;

• Use CAMA information for mass solicitation, spam, resale, or unrelated recruiting;

• Misrepresent an affiliation with or endorsement by CAMA;

• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; or

• Use the website in a manner that may harm CAMA, its members, or other users.

CAMA may restrict or terminate access when it reasonably believes these terms have been violated.

Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly to Info@co-cama.org.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, CAMA owns or is authorized to use the website’s text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, videos, documents, and other content.

Website materials may be viewed and used for ordinary internal business or membership purposes. They may not be republished, sold, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.

Names, logos, and materials belonging to members, sponsors, speakers, and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Organizations and Information

CAMA may feature or link to members, sponsors, Trusted Advisors, speakers, event hosts, government agencies, workforce organizations, and other third parties.

Their participation or appearance does not constitute a guarantee of their products, services, advice, qualifications, or performance. Users are responsible for conducting their own review and due diligence before entering into a transaction or professional relationship.

CAMA is not responsible for third-party websites, services, statements, products, or conduct.

Disclaimer

CAMA provides its website, programs, and information for general business, educational, and informational purposes. CAMA does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, insurance, or other professional advice through the website.

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAMA disclaims warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAMA and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website, a membership, an event, third-party services, or these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAMA’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid to CAMA for the membership, event, or service directly giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes to These Terms

CAMA may update these terms as its website, membership program, or legal obligations change. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Material changes affecting an existing automatic-renewal arrangement will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising from these terms, the website, a membership, or a CAMA event must be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Denver, Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Privacy Policy

Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Alliance, doing business as Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Association (“CAMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the privacy of its members, event attendees, website visitors, and other contacts.

This policy explains how CAMA collects, uses, and shares information through co-cama.org, its membership platform, event registration forms, communications, and related activities. It applies to CAMA only and does not apply to the Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Foundation.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with CAMA, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, company, and job title;

• Membership level, account information, login credentials, and membership history;

• Billing, transaction, and payment information;

• Event registrations, attendance information, and voluntarily provided dietary or accessibility requests;

• Survey responses, form submissions, correspondence, and other information you provide;

• Photographs, video, or recordings taken at CAMA events; and

• Website and device information, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, website activity, and cookie information.

Payments may be processed through Personify/WildApricot and its designated payment providers. CAMA does not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card numbers.

How We Use Information

CAMA may use information to:

• Review and administer membership applications and accounts;

• Process membership dues and event registrations;

• Provide membership benefits, events, programs, and services;

• Send account notices, newsletters, event announcements, advocacy updates, and sponsor or Trusted Advisor communications;

• Respond to questions and requests;

• Plan, operate, evaluate, and improve CAMA’s website, programs, and communications;

• Maintain organizational, financial, tax, and historical records;

• Detect misuse, protect accounts, and maintain security; and

• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

CAMA’s member information is not displayed in a public member directory. Authorized CAMA administrators may access member records as needed to operate the organization.

How We Share Information

CAMA may share information with service providers that support its operations, including membership and website platforms, payment processors, email providers, accounting services, event and survey platforms, cloud-storage providers, and consultants or contractors.

For an event, CAMA may provide relevant attendee information to event hosts, sponsors, Trusted Advisors, government partners, workforce partners, or other participating organizations for event administration, sponsor fulfillment, networking, or appropriate event-related follow-up.

CAMA may also share limited information with the Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Foundation when reasonably necessary for coordinated programs or operations.

CAMA does not sell or rent personal information or membership contact lists.

CAMA generally sends sponsor and Trusted Advisor communications through CAMA. Members and event attendees may independently choose to contact, respond to, or establish relationships with those organizations without CAMA’s involvement.

CAMA may also disclose information when required by law, to protect CAMA or others, or in connection with a reorganization or transfer of CAMA’s operations.

Cookies and Online Tools

CAMA and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate and improve the website, understand website usage, prevent misuse, and measure communications or outreach.

These services may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta or Facebook tools, LinkedIn tools, embedded video services, Google Maps, CAPTCHA services, and similar technologies.

Your browser and device settings may allow you to block or delete certain cookies. Some website features may not function properly when cookies are disabled.

Email Choices

Members may receive administrative and account-related communications that are necessary to manage their membership.

Marketing emails, newsletters, event promotions, sponsor communications, and similar messages will include an unsubscribe method where required. Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not prevent CAMA from sending necessary account, payment, registration, security, or membership notices.

Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

You may contact CAMA to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, or to request removal from marketing communications.

CAMA will respond to requests to the extent required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity or authority. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, legal, security, membership-history, or recordkeeping purposes.

Data Retention and Security

CAMA retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and for applicable accounting, tax, contractual, security, and legal requirements. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted, de-identified, or securely disposed of.

CAMA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information it maintains. No website, electronic system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

CAMA’s website, memberships, and services are intended for companies, organizations, and adult business professionals. They are not directed to children under 13, and CAMA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

External Websites

The CAMA website may contain links to websites operated by sponsors, Trusted Advisors, members, event partners, or other third parties. CAMA is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.

Changes to This Policy

CAMA may update this policy as its website, operations, or legal obligations change. The updated policy will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
